Why WE DO THIS WORK
Over decades of community work in English and Spanish, we have seen organizations and individuals with great missions that impact lives and contribute to social good. Often, organizations struggle to effectively execute the business side of their work - such as telling their story impactfully to donors, working well across departments, or creating working conditions and cultures that support diverse employees’ wellness.
In addition, many creative and passionate individuals have great ideas but need support getting ideas off the ground. Additionally, anyone who has ridden the waves of the recent ‘Great Reshuffling’ of 2020-2022 is questioning more and more how their work is aligned (or not) with a deeper meaning, purpose, or flow - and is envisioning something more.
